1. Our products are homemade and freshly produced. It is on your own responsibility to store it in in a cool and dry place if needed or fridge for our drinks and sweets.

  3. Please allow a delay of 48 hours until receiving your order depending on your order / our stock and your location
  4. Products can be returned or exchanged except if the product you received is wrong / not conform to the order or the date is expired.
  5. Payment can be made by cash on delivery – Bank transfer or Paypal – All fees must be paid by the buyer.
  6. Products are delivered only in Bali
  7. Delivery cost are on top of your order: 20k for Seminyak – Canggu – Kuta & Kerobokan / 50k for other areas.
